Posted On: 02/13/2025 Customer service is horrible and aggressive! When they refused to service my relative due to her refusal to utilize a 'care credit' they had her apply for, to get additional work!!! (additional work she hadn't come for at the time and wasn't comfortable with deciding on at the time. She visited the office for the extraction of a problem tooth and left disheveled and upset; tooth still in her mouth. She had sufficient insurance coverage to cover the procedure she'd been booked for; however the paper and clips were removed once she refused the additional work at the time. SCAM!!! SCAM!!
